Phenomenal Fig

Muddle 3/4 of the fig with the maple syrup in Boston shaker. Add orange juice, Jack Daniel’s, and Balsamic vinegar and fill with ice. Shake vigorously, double strain onto large ice cube and garnish with orange peel and 1/4 fig.

Shake first three ingredients in ice filled Boston shaker. Strain into chilled coupe or flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with lemon twist and fresh grated cinnamon on top.

The Commodities Exchange

Shake all ingredients without ice in Boston Shaker for 5 seconds to combine and aerate the egg white. Add ice and shake again for 5-8 second. Double strain into chilled coupe or Martini Glass. Drop three evenly spaced dashes of bitters on foam and connect the dots with a toothpick.

Lynchburg Winter Warmer

In a coffee mug or tall Pousse Café glass, muddle orange, lemon, and simple syrup. Add Jack Daniels and Apple Brandy; stir to combine. Add boiling water and cinnamon stick right before serving.
